Return and Exchange

1. Soon Huat reserves the right to withhold any refunds if the returned item did not reach our store.
2. Returns will be done through Bank Transfer after item is thorough checked for purposeful defects. OR we will issue you a voucher which you can then use to purchase other items on our website. 
3. Returns and Exchanges are only valid within 30 days from the date of purchase provided the item is in its' original packaging and not severely damaged. 
4. Exchanges do not include free delivery hence inform us at least 2 working days before you head over to our store for exchange and we will do an exchange for you.
