This range of fish maw contains higher levels of collagen and protein than Tube Fish Maws. Ghol Fish Maw are most suitable for Hot Pot, Soup or any dish that requires long cooking hours. As these fish maws are viscous, you will not have to worry about it disappearing in your soup.
