Ghol fishes are used to produce these range of fish maws and the reason behind its name is its shape. It is shaped like a buddha’s hand and therefore, its’ name. This range of fish maw contains higher levels of collagen and protein than Tube Fish Maws. Ghol Fish Maw are most suitable for Hot Pot, Soup or any dish that requires long cooking hours. These fish maws are viscous hence you will not have to worry about it ‘disappearing’ in your dish.
